ER8411 doesnt work with 3CX VoIP Telephones?

as i work through my built (ER8411, TL-SG3452XP, TL-SG3452, 2xEAP650 Outdoor, 2xEAP265HD, OC300) i run into an issue with my phones. I use SNOM D385 VoIP desk Phones wich come with 3CX as "Backbone". We work with Easy Bell als provider who external gives us sip-trunks and hosts the server. Normally i only have to plug the desk phones in and the phone automaticly connects to its system (they are pre-configuratet). No matter which location - as soon as they get internet they work.
I now changed the Router from our Fritzbox to the ER8411, because we went to fiber and the provided router from the fiber company was a total joke. They still connect, i also can call a number or get a call: The connection will establish but i cant talk or hear anything. Before we "upgraded" to the ER8411 they already worked fine.
It seems to be a problem with Port Forwarding / Mapping. Do i need to configure the router to do so? Or do I have to downgrade to ER8411(UN)_V1_1.0.3?
