I want to install full WiFi 6 coverage and I am not sure which devices and up-link speed are the most appropriate. Somebody could help me?

In short any fully managed switch started SG2xxx or SG3xxxx will be compatible with your WiFi6 APs. You can get this info from the TP Link site

Hu @Philbert
How do I deliver 1.5gbps if the uplinks are 1gb? Wouldn't you need an uplink of 2.5 or 10? do the eap6 have that ethernet capability?

Some of the higher models (EAP660 for example) have a 2.5gbps port, you would also then require a 2.5gbps switch to handle this. Some of the SG3xxx range have multigig/10gig speeds.
However its unlikely you will get 1.5gbps over WiFi6 in the real world performance, therefore in most cases the 1gb ports are acceptable.
All this info is available on the TP Link site if you look
