Is there written instruction how to create Presets and Tours on the C540 PTZ series.. There are no instructions available for the specific devices on Google, only generic instruction.. utilizing control features that are not in these camera/NVRs. Any procedure in the hardware is fare from intuitive.. Thanks Lyle

don't recall there is a customized preset.

can you try and search keywords in these materials? is that helping?
