I can't say for sure, but yes, it looks about right.  That said, these 'alpha' loads are really not meant for distribution in the wild, TPlink has previously stated that these 'hotfixes' or quick patches will no longer be released as quickly if that starts to happen, which is negative both for TPlink and the end user community if you think about it.  On that note, you've already identified who you got it from by posting the screengrab, whether you realize it or not.
