Firmware Version: 5.12.

Hi,

i have bought 4 licenses on April 18th 2023 ...  all worked fine until some minutes ago. one device is unactivated because the license "expired"

 

What can i do?

It's strange, if you go to License, can you still find the license in the In Use list?

No, only in the expired section. The other 3 licenses are working.

Suggest you contact the support team for further help directly, it is very strange.

I did that. Now i have to send them the invoice for the license although everyone can see in the omada system that the license started in april ... but ok ...   I think they have a lot to do with their license program ... like with the firmware updates lol ...
