I using the same laptop same cable to connect to different model of switches, TL-SG3428XMP cannot connect and blank screen, but TL-SX3206HPP able to connect to both console (serial and USB). My question is without the console how to reset the switches? don't have any button to reset?

Hi @GTCH

I don't see your email address linked to any case in our system. Do you need to reset your switch like other posts you had?

How to enter the BootUtil Menu to factory reset the switch with the console cable?
