NO internet access on 5GHz band but when swicthing to 2.4GHz there IS an internet connection

NO internet access on 5GHz band but when swicthing to 2.4GHz there IS an internet connection
ome times the 5GHz band shows that there is NO internet connection but if I switch to the 2.4GHz band there IS connection.
I switch back and forth between the bands to verify that is is not accidental and indeed it is not.
After a while (between few minutes to an hour) the internet connection returns to the 5GHz band.
This happened when I near the access point and I in direct eye contact to it.
