oc200 has no internet capacity

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.21.7 Build 20221206 REL.58608

My oc200 is connected to the cloud, its status is online and I can access it from the app etc. Can anyone tell me why it says no internet capacity on the dashboard??

You will only see that info if you have a router that is managed by your controller.
