Warranty Question
Out of curiosity, why is an advance replacement for switches not available for customers in Hawaii? Also why does the RMA emails request I return the defective switch to Irvine while the support site says to send it to chino hills?

Thanks for your feedback in the community.
As for your issue, we suggest you may subject the address mentioned in the RMA email.
And it is advisable to contact the local RMA support for specific RMA matters.

An advance replacement for customers in Hawaii is unfortunately not available because of geographical restrictions. The RMA emails request that you return the defective switch to Irvine since it is their headquarters, while the support site says to send it to Chino Hills since they have an additional warehouse there.

@NicholasA Customers in Hawaii cannot receive a switch replacement in advance due to the high shipping costs associated with reaching the island. Since the Chino Hills office focuses on customer service and sales, and the Irvine office is solely responsible for RMA processing and repairs, RMA emails will instruct you to ship the faulty switch there for replacement.
