Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: unknonwn

We have two EAP225-Outdoor units (purchased within the past 12 months). They were configured in a rush and deployed high on outside walls. The installer did not pull photos of the labels (so, unknown firmware or hardware version). They both work fine, running in "wireless access point" mode, as bridges, without any additional routing in the EAP225. We now want to get them 'cleaned up' (new names, firmware, tweaked configs, etc.). How can we do this without climbing up and starting from the beginning? How can we access them from the network side?

TIA

@GregoryW there are a couple of ways you can access them.

1. Download Omada app on your phone. Connect phone to same network and by choosing icon at top right corner it should be able to find the APs if they are in standalone mode. The only exception would be if the installer set up a controller and adopted the EAPs to the controller, in which case the APP would not be able to find them as shown below.

2. If you don't know the IP address of the APs, access your router and check the client list, which should show the APs and their IP address. Enter that address into your browser and you should be presented with a login screen and hopefully the installer gave you the login information. If the AP is adopted to a controller it will also not be accessible by this method and you will get the screen shown below.
