EAP110-Outdoor_All Wifi signal Removed after Adopting/Provisioning in Omada Controller Setup
I followed all the instruction in the manual and watch some youtube videos how to access the EAP110 for initial configuration.
Then started setting up via Omada Controller, however after adopting all SSID created was lost and status was DISCONNECTIED.
Can someone help me to solve my concern. Thanks in advance.

First of all, what is your controller version?
Do you mean that you have lost all the SSIDs created with EAP standalone?
If so, this is normal.
After the controller adopt EAP, the controller will overwrite the EAP settings, you need to do the wireless settings on the controller and then the controller will send down the configuration.
Disconnected status means that the EAP and controller cannot communicate with each other.
Suggest you check the IP address of the EAP and test to see if you can Ping through the EAP from the controller's end?

Thank you for your responce.
My controller version is 4.4.6
Yes, after provisioning the status was DISCONNECTED. I've tried to ping the IP address of my EAP but unreachable.
What should be the assigned IP or configuration for my EAP110 to be detected? .
Thank you.

Controller 4.4.6 is a old version, maybe you upgrade it to V5 controller, then suddenly, you find the problem is solved.

Factory default and re-adopt your EAP110 with the your controller. Ensure you have a Wifi profile created in the Default profile.
