when trying to adopt OC200 to cloud account the cloud lights were not blinking. tried all sorts of things on site, not successful so took it home and logged in to my home router to find out what IP was allocated to the device then logged in to the IP address and followed the onscreen installation. after that the OC200 was online connected to cloud. hope that helps others.

oc200 cloud led stops bliking if that is not added to the cloud. at the very first installation or bootup, it blinks. but it won't slowly blink continuously. it'll stop. but you can add it to the cloud anyway. it stops because it thinks you are not gonna bind it to the cloud and not necessary to blink all the time which makes people think it has some problems.
