Inform when one of the connections is down

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

In the Router, When one of the WAN links go down, how would I know its down , as it will fail over to another and user may or may not notice.

This WAN link can stay down for long time.

Until all WAN Links go down, it wont be noticable. Need a Feature for the user to be able to know.
