Hi,

I accidently 'forgot' my switch when trying to clear an error message in the cloud controller app.

How to I get it re adopted? I looked everywhere in the portal.

I also tried resetting the switch, but it didn't seem to do anything (pressed reset button for 10+ seconds)

Hey

If you accidently forgot the switch, then yes do a factory reset on the switch, connect it and power on without changing anything.. reboot the controller and it should appear for re-adoption again
