expect engineer support advice: My company connects to the internet via the omada controller system with a speed of 100Mbps, but the device can only test the speed at 40Mbps

Connecting devices:

Modem huawei (ISP): internet

TP-Link Switch: TL-SG1008PE

OC200

EAP115: 5 devices

need to check how to connect and configure the device

To better assist you, may I know the clients that is only get 40M which is connecting to your network wired or wireless?

 

Did you use the speedtest website to test the speed?

 

What is the link speed when this clients only get 40M?

And this client connect to which device?

The clients are connecting wirelessly and I tested it with speedtest and the results are about 30 to 40 Mbps.

clients have connections by mobile, laptop, tablet

If you use the same clients replace one of the EAPs, and connect to the front-end devices with the same cable, what is the result of the speedtest?

It is also possible to speed test the EAP directly with Iperf because it could be able to eliminate as much interference as possible.

i did the test using iPerf as you advised. and I send test results as shown below:

beetween my TP-Link EAP and wireless device

and i also send speed test results by connecting to ISP modem directly

 

can you advise me how to check and configure step by step or other
