Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.3 Build 20210604 Rel. 51934(5553)

Actually recently I've purchased EAP245 (Ceiling Mount Access Point) and after logging into the interface it showing that ETH1(POE): 100Mbps -FD. So, please help me out of this situation. As I know this is a gigabyte device with gigabyte ports  that supports 1000 mbps speed.

Do you swap w/ different cables? CAT5 is not 1000mbps compatible. At least 5e

Length should not be too long. Try shorter cables. If you have a normal speed on it, it's your long cable's fault.
