Firmware Version: 1.9.3 Build 20210914 Rel.39903

I'm having an issue where the omada cloud says the site controller is online; however when selecting the controller for the site

the page reports 

 

Failed to connect to controller.

 

I can access the controller using the local IP address from the network; this is a new configuration with little changes to default with regards the LAN settings and/or controller access configuration ports?

 

Please any advice/help greatly received.

In my experience, it is still important to make sure that the local controller is connected and stable?
Is there a cloud light on the device to see what the status is?
Is the oc200 itself working properly apart from this issue?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

@Virgo yes the OC200 controller LED are as expected and the controller is also working fine when connecting to the local address from a LAN computer.

@GrahameHorner Didn't see any similiar issue here. You may try their tp-link support service?
