EAP235-Wall - Usabel channels on 5Ghz WLAN
Hello,
can someone confirm, if the EAP 235-Wall (EU) can really only use the channels 36,40,44 and 48?
No single DFS Channel can be set up.
That would be a pitty in high density networks, in special for a so called Business Product.

Thanks for your Info.
Hello @Fae, please would you be so kind to give us some information, if the other channels can be "unlocked" with a firmware-update? The Radio patterns in the datasheet contain patterns with DFS channels. So Hardware should be able to do this.
Second question: Which channels does EAP615-Wall support?
Best regards

I'm afraid that the Omada EAP Wall series products only support 36-48 channels, which is limited by software, so is the EAP615-Wall.

@Fae , thanks for the Info.
As I saw in other Threads the EAP6xx HD Version are/have been also limited in 5Ghz Channels.
Will there be a firmware Upgrade for the wall Version, like it is planned/done for the 6xx Version too? So that we could get rid of this limitation with new firmware and or Controller 5.x? I would like to remind that these APs are business products ;-)
It would be nice if you share some infos in this regard.
