I just want to know if this ER605 can be access via Cloud without using hardware or software controller. I'm having a problem with that kind setup. Please help.

Unfortunately, no. This is not available on Omada. According to their instruction, you have to use either Hardware or Software controller. It is required to run this "controller" locally and connect(link) that to the Cloud account. Then, you use it from the cloud. Not possible to do that without a "controller".
