Adaptation has succeed but I can not see any clients or statistis, even if clients are connected (I am sure) to certain EAP (tested and verified).

Model: OC200 1.0

Controller Version: 4.2.11

Firmware Version: 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627

 

Should I updgrade/downgrade some firmware, if so which versios are compliant?

Please double-check the current firmware version of your OC200 under Settings -> Maintenance.

If its controller version is still 4.2.11, please upgrade the controller to the latest firmware 1.9.1 for checking.
