Model: TL-ER6120
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: TL-ER6120(UN)_V3_20200313

Hi,

I upstated to latest firmware  quoted above and now can't  use L2TP vpn on both WAN ports at the same time,  on previous version this was possible and worked well.

Is there any work around for this to work on both WAN ports again.

Thanks

@cmicall Hi, Is it convenient for you to provide your L2TP setting? Also, what do you mean by not being able to use it at the same tim? You have no way to set up VPN? Or do you set it up but can't connect to it ? Or you can connect to VPN, but it doesn't work ?

@Yannie

Hi Yannie,

We have two WAN ports set with two connections using different Service Providers,  before upgrading the firmware users could VPN on both WAN1/WAN2 that is some on WAN1 and some on WAN 2 at the same time, but since I upgraded the firmware this is not possible anymore only WAN1 works and allows connections and and if one dials on WAN2 they get 651 windows error, tried various ways and can get WAN2 working but then WAN1 stops working etc.

So not sure if its a new restriction in the new firmware or some bug, the L2TP setting are the same as in previous firmware and were used for sometime and never had such issues.

Thanks
