Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 Build 20210406 Rel.58757

Attempting to migrate from hosted Omada Controller to dedicated hardware (OC200). Both are updated to the latest available firmware shown in the official support sections.

The OC200 refuses to import data from the Omada Controller export because the OC200 version is  4.3.5 (< 4.4.4).

The OC200 is showing a firmware version dated April 2021. But Omada Controller 4.4.4 is August 2021. Looking at this post they are saying an update is available in August but I can't find it. Has anyone seen an August update for the OC200?

I assume this means there is no upgrade path available but wanted to post and see if anyone else had a workaround.

@Omadian

Hey buddy,

Just saw the same problem in this thread. I asked TP-Link for V4.4.4 of OC200 before. Here is the download link for you:

Hope it helps!

Thank you for this @Somnus.

@TP-Link: you should totally hire a person to help keep on top of things like this.
