It would be nice if the controller had some troubleshooting tools like Ping and Traceroute for Routers, Switches and EAPs. Being able to source those from any interface on the device would be helpful for testing.

This would certainly be nice to have as part of the solution.   Granted not 100% necessary, but should be easy to add and definitely helpful
