Hi,

I received my first Omada set yesterday, making the switch from Unifi.

I have been trying to set up my ER605 as a L2TP VPN server for my iPhone and MacBook, for when I'm away from home. So far I have been unsuccesful. I know there are some specific settings required for Apple products using VPN, but I cannot seem to be able to reach them in the SDN software.

Is there a trick to set it up so that I can work away from home safely again?

I'm sorry, this was more a case of "computer broken, change user"!

A close review of my network revealed that even though the new router was in the DMZ of my ISP's modem, there were some legacy port-forwards left specifically for L2TP, directing to the wrong IP!

Correct the setting and it now seems to work!
