Omada Software Controller Dashboard Gateway N/A with TL-ER7206
It seems that Omada Software Controller does not recognize TL-ER7206 router as a gateway. Dashboard shows "N/A Gateway" and "1 Switches".
I have tried removing and adding the device back to the controller. I have updated to latest firmware, but it does not help. When I click on Switches, I can see my router there:
Any ideas how to make Omada see my router as a Gateway?

Try to enable Periodic Speed Test under site config.. you should see the gateway pretty fast after enabled this.

So no one had this problem? No idea how to fix it?

Yep, that seems to have solved this issue few minutes after I have enabled Periodic Speed Tests. Thanks.

@shberge That doesn't work for me, I'm using an SFP+ connection to the internet, maybe that has got something to do with it?

I know this thread is aging a bit, but this is still an issue for me. Exactly the same as OP, and I've tried every solution on this page as well as any other that comes up while searching.
Software controller v 5.00.15 or 5.00.29 both do the same for me. ER605 with latest firmware.
Thanks for insight,

If you use V5x, it is as buggy as it can get. but the problem you have I have not had. periodic speed test actually works for me on both ER605 and ER7206
But I wonder if this was not an issue on v5.015 but I do not think it is on v5.0.29
There will probably be a v5.0.30 that cleans up all bugs on v5.0.29 soon so then we can only hope that Tp-link can come with a bug free update this time.

Yes, I have need speed test when I hover. That never resolves, it just spins circles.
I've enabled speed test, disabled, re-nabled, back and forth a few times.
Thanks
Edit: Just saw the 5.0.30 update. Nothing changed :(

strange, I have not had problems with this with 5.0.30 and newer, maybe you should contact tp-link support if you still have problems.
