lost all configuration after upgrading firmware

Is it normal to lose all of your configurations when updating the firmware???

@Mitya i wonder what happened to me? the upgrade was succesful but it went back to all factory default settings.

Generally speaking, the configurations won't be lost after updating the firmware unless there is a large change made on the new firmware.
For EAP225-Outdoor, all the settings will be lost after we upgrade from 1.7.0 Build 20200113 or earlier (non-SDN firmware) to 1.20.0 Build 20200422 or later (SDN firmware). If your configurations are lost after the firmware update, it might be that you are upgrading the EAP225-Outdoor from non-SDN firmware to SDN firmware.
