Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 4.2.11

I recently upgraded my OC200 ver 1.0 to firmware version 4.2.11. I noticed that when i created a voucher code the time zone is incorrect. It uses UTC time zone, and I'm from the Philippines (+8). Time difference is 8 Hours. How to solve this issue? Your reply is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you notice that the time zone was correct before you upgrade the OC200?

 

Can you recall the previous firmware version of the OC200? May I check the firmware version of your Omada EAP devices?

Answer: Yes.

 

Can you recall the previous firmware version of the OC200? May I check the firmware version of your Omada EAP devices?

 

Answer: I can't remember the previous version of my OC200, but my current firmware version is 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627

 

My EAP Devices:

EAP110 Firmware version 5.0.0 Build 20200914 Rel. 52854

Thank you for your detailed information, it's very helpful.

 

Just to let you know that I've reported the problem to the R&D team who is investigating the problem.

 

One thing we can confirm is that the Created Time showing under the Vouchers tab is showing in a wrong way, the issue will be fixed in the subsequent updates. At present, please refer to the Authorized Clients tab or navigate to Insight Passed Portal Authorization menu to check the time validity. Thank you!
