Hey

This is a layer2 switch and does not appear to have a DHCP server. Its likely the switch is not on the same subnet as your router and that is the cause of your issue

Set one of your PCs to IP address 192.168.0.112 and connect to the switch, you should be able to log into the switch under 192.168.0.1.  Once logged in change the LAN address of the switch to the 192.168.62.x range (or set for DHCP) and this should work, once on the same subnet it should allow the DHCP from your router to pass to clients.

If you have a rogue DHCP server I do not believe it to be this device.

Propably i have a rogue DHCP server if this not have dhcp but when i set a client to auto ip in windows 10 then takes ip from 192.168.0.0 and command ipcongig /all gives DHCP is 192.168.0.1 and default gateway 192.168.0.1 that is this router tplink

As mentioned try changing the IP of the switch and see how that works, it does sound strange however

i cannot change for now the ip address of the switch because it has computers that working
