I have the same issue I'm form Venezuela, I have not been able to generate a ticket with support, they tell me that they do not know the procedure in TP Link Venezuela, TP Link Mexico and TP Link US

What's the current firmware version of your CPE710, is it Build 20201208? May I know where you got the US firmware from?

hi  @Fae . I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

I AM FROM MEXICO AND FLASHED A US FIRMWARE IN ONE OF MY CPE710 DEVICES, NOW I CANNOT CONNECT BETWEEN THEM.
