So my case is I want to have a sender which should have a capacity to transmit the signal to 10Km

If you only want to transmit the signal from one location to another and simply require it to transmit the signal to 15Km, you may choose, just for your reference, a pair of the Pharos CPE605/CPE610/CPE710 to build a point to point wireless connection between two locations.

In this case, please make sure you have a fresnel zone clearance over the distance of 15Km, otherwise, you may fail to establish the wireless connection with two CPEs. If you have time, I recommend you read this article about Common Applications for Pharos Products.
