My eap225 suddenly got disconnected to my omada controller. 

This indicates a loss of connectivity between the EAP and Omada Controller.

Checking the led of eap225. Saw the it is flashing green slowly. Also cant reset using the POE adapter. 

The LED will flash slowly if you locate the EAP, if a mesh node changes in »Isolated« state or (if I remember correctly) if an EAP is managed by others. Unfortunately there is no summary of the various LED states in the manual.

EAP225-Outdoor cannot be reset by the RESET button on the PoE adapter. Only EAP110-Outdoor responds to the RESET button of the PoE adapter. AFAIK it's implemented by setting one of the two 24v lines to 0v, which works only for passive PoE, not for mixed PoE mode.
