SG116 is unmanaged switch. It hasn't management web. Plug and play.

SG116E is easy smart switch. It has management web. You can access its web to manage it. It has some functrion like VLAN, IGMP snooping and so on. You can access its official web to check its User Guide.

@Andone io lo voglio mettere a casa dove vicino al router fa arrivare i cavi in camera e cucina per connettere via cavo diversi dispositivi tra i quali un server che sfrutto anche a livello multimediale, 2 TV, 2 Chromecast 4K, 2 PC, 1 stampante HP, 3 telecamere, 1 blueray e 2 switch tp link uno da 4 uscite l'altro 8 uscite... cosa sarebbe meglio acquistare per me? sg116e o sg116? If your clients can work under IGMP snooping, then you can choose SG116. Because it supports IGMP snooping by default and cannot disable. It's plug and play and easy for using.

If you clients may not work with IGMP snooping, then you can choose SG116E. It can be managed and you can disable IGMP snooping. But you may need to change the IP address for SG116E in order to avoid the IP conflict. If you don't know how to change the IP address and managed the switch, you can refer to TP-Link User Guide on TP-Link official website.
