Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I'm confused. I want to build Wi-Fi network: one OC200 and three EAP225 (indoor) - and I want to EAP225 connect each other with mesh topology not wired patchcords. Can I do it? Manuals for EAP225 and OC200 aren't clear in this. Firmware to EAP225 has mesh support, but ... I don't know if this firmware with mesh is ONLY for EAP225-outdoor model or for all EAP225 models?

EAP225 can work on MESH topology or ONLY EAP225-outdoor can do it?

Yes, you can do it. Latest firmware for EAP225 supports meshing.

However, note that using a mesh network limits the client capacity to the capacity of the mesh's root node. In other words: if you use mesh, the total client capacity of all meshed EAP225 is ~40 to 60 clients, while using cable to connect three EAP225 to the LAN you get three times this client capacity in total.

@R1D2 Yes, I know it. In this situation problem is lack wired to connect AP, not in the number of wireless clients. Thank you for your answer.
