EAP225 setup with static IP of 192.168.1.254 but when client connect to the wifi they have a IP of 192.168.0.xxx; does EAP 225 have a DHCP function so all client will have an 192.168.1.xxx IP.

The EAP225 is an access point only. It does neither serve as dhcp server nor as router.

 

It supports obtaining its own ip configuration via its built in DHCP client.

 

What you can do is: set up a dedicated dhcp server and connect it to your EAP225 - so your clients will get served by that dhcp server.

 

If you want your EAP225 in a different subnet, use VLANs (especially management vlan)

No, EAP-225 is just an AP, it does not have a DHCP server. It also would not make sense to have a DHCP server in every AP. This belongs to a router or to an external DHCP server, not to an AP. Just define the address pool you want to be used in your router's DHCP server.

No, EAP-225 is just an AP, it does not have a DHCP server. It also would not make sense to have a DHCP server in every AP. This belongs to a router or to an external DHCP server, not to an AP. Just define the address pool you want to be used in your router's DHCP server.
