EAP120 - Does not start after 1 year

Model: Adapter

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

After a year, the device does not start anymore.
I could not change anything in the operation.
Then I put back to factory settings.
Since then, the device no longer lights up the LEDs but it does not show Wi-Fi and no LAN connected.

What can I do ?

Nach einem jahr startet das gerät nicht mehr.
Ich konnte nichts mehr ändern im Betrieb.
Dann habe ich auf Werkseinstellung zurück gestellt.
Seit dem startet das gerät nicht mehr die LEDs leuchten aber es wird kein WLAN angezeigt und auch kein LAN verbunden.

Was kann ich tun ?

Hello,

Here are some suggestions you can try:

1) Check if you can login to the management of the EAP;

2) Check if you can ping it successfully;

2) Reset it again.
