I cannot find and download it. I find only the EU or UN version.

Pharos firmware for CPE510 is always the same for any country. See also this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/150383?replyId=301459
Filename of firmware v2.2.0 suggests that it is an EU version, but if unpacked the image filename reveals that it is indeed the UN (universal) version.
