When will a firmware for the Deco M9 Plus be released which brings the same features like the M5 1.3.1 firmware to the Deco M9?

Some posts mentioned that deco m5 obtained the latest 1.3.0 firmware and has a web interface now? I didnt get any notification for updating yet. Is the news true?
