@Aleksandre AXE75 and AX75 should both support MU-MIMO. Check Kevin's reply here. However, an MU-MIMO router could come in 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 variations, and even 8x8, which refer to the number of streams...

@Netoracle That is probably because you failed to connect to the TP-Link Cloud server, try changing the WAN/Internet DNS servers on the AX11000 to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the router...
