@atsob Some of the routers will support EasyMesh in AP mode as Kevin stated here. Unfortunately, Archer C7 is not on the compatibility list.

@DickShivers Have you ever modified the QoS settings on the router? If yes, I guess you need to review all the setting parameters, just ensure you haven't mistakenly set the upload and download...

@thrylos Which version were you trying to upgrade to? As stated in this thread, the 1.3.1 version was removed from their cloud server due to some unstable issues, thus you cannot upgrade to this one....

@navaM It seems the video poster is from India, are you also from India? If that is the case, I assume the best bet would be to contact Indian support to request the beta firmware.
