@NAVEEVXB I would suggest check if the negotiation speed on the internet/WAN port of the C6 is correct, you can follow this thread to do more troubleshooting if it is not.

@veskur You can just email your request to their support email, no need to provide the model number but instead provide the MAC address. Their email can be support@tp-link.com.
