@TompaJan The thing is Google or plug isn't that smart to understand and execute the smart action commands, it should be able to understand some simple commands like turning on and off a plug though.

@Wachmann Apparently the camera is trying to access its server in my opinion the camera would not stop this behavior as they are designed in that way.
