YES, It support IP6. I'm using IP6 With C7 v2 now without problem. I think this is your isp problem, you may ask them for this

Yes, I leave DHCP. Wifi extension 's DHCP is off and set it directly back to C7, so that don't my change ip. Also NAT is on, but it don't change ip...
