@omada123 EAP225 V3 is compatible with cloud-based controller, while EAP225 V3.20 not. Is your EAP v3 or v3.20? BTW, did you log in to the controller successfully?

@ChrisMM The RX dropped packets calculation mechanism of EAP683 UR is more comprehensive. Do you have any wireless issues? If not, you may ignore that.
