@Virgo I thought about the TL-SX1008 however it's almost double the price and I need mostly sfp+ ports. I also need a managed option, I might just have to use a different switch vendor than tplink....

Does the TL-SX3008F support any sfp+ to rj45 10 gig transceivers? If so which ones?

@Gomesnz I would update to the 1.1.1 firmware level. Some of the things you mention missing are added. Such as vpn status and routing tables.
