It is working now, im using office365. uncheched the SSL with port 587. it just work out of nowhere after coming back to this thread and testing it again.

@btx yeah i tried resetting the eap225-outdoor but with no luck, the poe injector make a weird beep sound when i plug it and the led of injector turn off when i also plug it so i think it's broken....
