I have my CPE210 configured as a client. Its connected to a switch with four IP cameras. Was working fine until power went out. Now cameras are not discoverable on my home network. The CPE is still connected to the AP, but the cameras cant be seen. I tried configuring the DHCP server on the CPE and reserved IPs for all four cameras. Still nothing.

Why did you configure the DHCP server on the CPE? Disable the DHCP server on AP and Client CPEs are better. You said the CPE is still connected to the AP, so please use your pc to connect to the client CPE210 directly and check if the Internet is fine? If it's ok, it could have something wrong with the settings on the cameras and your home network.
