Remote management on TL-ER5120 - access from external IP

Remote management on TL-ER5120 - access from external IP
Model : ES5120
Hardware Version : v2
Firmware Version : 1.0.8
ISP : Zen, Plusnet
No problem accessing my router, a TL-ER5120 from my LAN. Before I left home on business I enabled remote access.but I didn't sped much time on the IP ranges hoping that if I leave the range at the default 0.0.0.0. then it would default to open access from all IP's - this appears to have been WRONG, hehe
Whats the best / most secure way to allow access from any IP address whilst I travel around?
