TL-ER5120 - WAN download speed of 30Mbps ina link of 100Mbps

Hi. I've installed the TL- ER5120 router and WAN is connected on a GEPON network (PPPOE connection). The GEPON link is a 100Mbps of download speed and 40Mbps of upload speed, but when I test the speed, it does not achieve more than 30Mbps in download. When we connect a computer on the same cable, speed usually comes to 97Mbps. It is clear that the problem is not with the ISP and not the cable. What could it be? The firmware is updated. No bandwith control rules are enabled. Help please.
