TL-ER6020 IPsec VPN Connected But Not Working

Hi guys,
I have a really frustrating problem. We just upgraded to a ER6020 from an R600, from which we copied all of our VPN settings. We setup all of the necessary policies and proposals, and everything seemed to work as we can see that a LAN-to-LAN SA has been created with SPIs and all. Unfortunately I cannot access any of the machines on the other side. I can't even ping the VPN server on the other side. Has anyone run into this before?
