TL-R600VPN + Workplace Tunnel ?

I'd like to know if it is possible to use this router via my workplace network. I know for a fact that I can setup my other router (WDR4300) to act as a OpenVPN server, connect to it then use the internet thru it but it does not seem to be the case with the R600VPN ??
